產(chǎn)品介紹:

CAM-V系列內分級式磨粉機(立式分級)是一種具有超細分級功能的微粉生產(chǎn)設備,跟國外ACM屬于同一類(lèi)機型。 該機主要適用于粉碎莫氏3.5級硬度以下物料的粉碎,能獲得5~150um的超細粉體,大流量的冷卻氣體能用于熱敏性物料的粉碎。


性能特點(diǎn):

1. 本機內置分級機替代傳統機型的篩網(wǎng)來(lái)調節細度。

2.通過(guò)調整分級葉輪的轉速,不用停機即可調節產(chǎn)品的粒度。

3.系統粉碎時(shí)強大的粉碎氣流產(chǎn)生較強的冷卻功能,粉碎時(shí)溫升低,特別適用于加工熱敏性和纖維性物料,產(chǎn)品粒度均勻。

4.軸承、傳動(dòng)帶采用進(jìn)口部件,使用壽命長(cháng)。

5.根據物料的特性在粉碎部件和分級部件方面進(jìn)行專(zhuān)門(mén)的設計,由通用型粉碎機升級為專(zhuān)用型粉碎機,進(jìn)一步提高粉碎效率。

6.適用低到中等硬度(莫氏3.5級以下)物料的粉碎,特殊物料要改進(jìn)材質(zhì)及結構定制。
