HGM calcined coke ring roller mill

HGM calcined coke ring roller mill is a professional grinding machine for processing fine powder, micro powder, and ultrafine powder, commonly known as three ring mill, three ring micro powder mill, medium speed mill, and three ring mill. This machine overcomes the shortcomings of traditional industrial Raymond mills in terms of applicability, output, fineness, energy consumption, and service life. It is an ideal replacement product for traditional grinding machines such as Raymond mills and ball mills, and is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, power, chemical, steel, building materials, and coal in China.

The ultra fine powder grinder is mainly suitable for non flammable and explosive brittle materials with medium to low hardness and Mohs hardness ≤ 6 levels, such as calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, kaolin, bentonite, talc, mica, magnesite, illite, pyrophyllite, vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite, rectorite, diatomaceous earth, barite, gypsum, pigments, clay, alum, graphite, fluorite, phosphate rock, potassium ore, pumice, and more than a hundred other materials. The fineness of the discharged products can be adjusted within the range of 325 to 2500 mesh.


operational principle

The HGM calcined coke ring roller mill is composed of a grinding machine host, a powder selection machine, a powder collector, a dust collector, a fan, a silencer, a sound insulation room, a crusher, a hoist, a material bin, a feeder, and other parts.

After the large pieces of material are crushed into small particles by the crusher, they are sent to the material bin by the elevator, and then evenly conveyed to the loose material tray on the upper part of the rotary table through the feeder and inclined guide pipe. During the operation of the powder mill, the grinding rollers rotate and roll in the loop. The material is dispersed to the periphery under centrifugal action and falls into the grinding chamber, which is then stamped, rolled, and ground by the grinding rollers in the ring.

As the high-pressure fan continuously sucks the air inside the equipment, the material after multiple layers of crushing is brought into the powder selection machine. The high-speed rotating impeller screens it, and the unqualified material falls back for re grinding. The qualified material enters the cyclone powder collector with the airflow. The dust particles with higher density fall and are discharged by the discharge valve at the bottom to form the finished product. The fine dust with lower density enters the dust collector with the airflow and adheres to the surface of the filter bag. The pulse valve controls the high-pressure airflow to spray instantly from the inside of the filter bag, and the dust adhering to it falls due to the shaking of the filter bag. The conveyor at the bottom sends out the materials collected in two places for finished product packaging.
